Dalene Kurtis

Dalene Kurtis was born and raised in California. After graduating from high school, Dalene worked at a local gym while attending business college. Following college, Dalene worked in insurance for three and a half years before deciding to move to Los Angeles.

Dalene started her modelling career by entering and winning a Venus Swimsuit contest. Dalene then entered a Miss Hawaiian Tropic pageant, where she met a friend of Hugh Hefner's. He invited Dalene to the Playboy Mansion and it was then that she decided to become a full time model. Dalene quit her day job and relocated permanently to Santa Monica and it wasn't long before Hugh Hefner asked Dalene Kurtis pose for Playboy.

Dalene Kurtis first appeared in Playboy as Miss September 2001 and only a few months later was named Playmate of the Year for 2002.
